Sorry I've not been on for a while, I guess I've been stuck in a rut of work, gym, sleep, repeat!
I'm another stone down since I made this thread. It's coming off slowly but surely. I have also completed last weekend a 13.1 mile midnight walk for charity and raised over £500 !! I'm over the moon that I did it and that I could raise so much money.
I've also just put on a pair of skinny fit jeans for the first time in about 4 years and they're too baggy! What a great feeling!
Hope everyone is staying focused and remembering this is a marathon and not a sprint.
