Biscuits made my counsellor tell me off :) hhopefilly be ok for WI Tuesday this week thn back on it want to have lost my 5 stone before I go back so need 9lbs :)

week 1-4 =-11/2stone, week 5-8 = -18lb, week 9-12 = -13lb, week 13-16 = -4lb = 4st lost so far :) , Week 17 = -3lb = -59lb lost , Week 18 = 2lb lost = 61lb lost

5 st that is something to be proud of, your so close, don't let biscuits ruin it. They aren't even filling, not that nice, just don't have them in the house if you can't resist them!!! It's a slippery slope so stop it right now!

Morning zest xx I know I don't know what's up with me since the week I had to eat I haven't been able to get into it properly again 100% I haven't been dead bad but not 100% is not good I'm gonna be 100% while I'm off somi can get back into it :) hope u r still going strong x

The eating thing is annoying, you just hav to eat salad egg chicken or prawns or something, keep away from crap food, biscuits are not worth it.
I'm on it but not very strict, I do eat, but I like salads anyway so it's fine for me. I'm not in ketosis cos I have apples and carrots ect in my salads, I'm not really a sweet tooth person, bread is my worst food, if I stay away from bread I'm ok. But toast is my favourite food so not as easy as it sounds.
What you got planned then? With time off? X

I'm ok my dear just on a night shift from hell roll on half 7 when I start my annual leave for 2 weeks ! It's honestly so bad I could cry ! But minis is keeping me going x I lost 4 lbs today at weigh in which is good as its totm x do I'm 13stone 7 now and just can't wait to hit them blasted 12s which anyone else would prob think as still fat but for me the 12s is great x how are u my dear did u have a nice weekend ?

Ah me too x holidays from work for 2 week yeah x the 14s were hard for me I was stuck in them but maybe it's just how it goes from now although I do hope not because I really want to break the 12s x any plans for yr holidays x

I'm good thanks xx got my wi today @ 3 usually on a Monday but she was away yesterday I have been waking up early too body clock that used to getting up for work lol hope u have a lovely day xx
 
Well another WI down and another 3lb lost well on target for hitting my 5st before I go back to work 2 weeks today :) I'm a happy chappy as I have now passed the half way stage another 4st 4lb to go till i reach target and I can't wait already out a paired pants on today I bought age ago that now fit :)

Good morning all hope u r all having a lovely day. I'm still in bed watching last night celeb big brother :) having a lazy day went for nice long walk on beach last night with kids and me fela and me mum then had a go on arcades :)
