I have 2 boys no girls lol I'm doing good no wi thia week as consultant couldn't make my only available. Time

Honestly **** keep going on and off not in a good place at the min at home so that's not helping :-( how u getting on at slimming world ?

Hey zest how's u? Are u stil doing ok ? I have been 100% so far get weighed weds after 2 weeks off I'm on it now then hopefully by August will be done :)

I will post don't worry need to get back to where I was last year which was 14:7 then downward and I will then post more pics:)
