Wow you are doing really well, what keeps you motivated to keep going? I started on day one today and am determined to lose at least 4 and half stone. Am a bit nervous about it all though

Thank u I'm just fed up of being this heavy now And after seeing the first WI results I knew it was worth it, I also have a fat photo of me on my fridge just in case and I smell the kids tea when I put it out lol

I am one happy girl right now another 7lb lost making it 39lb in 8 weeks I frickin love this diet I spoke to my CDC too about the bars and I now have 7 of the little beauty's to last me a week my first one will be peanut tonight thought they wud be smaller than they were
