2 stone gone well done! Water weight will be gone quick enough. It’s not 3lbs of fat so dont worry. Keep going. I agree with your Irish cream sentiments. Baileys it is not! I mixed mine with coffee for a hot shake and it was better. Have a great weekend.

Ooo I'll have to try it like that instead. I haven't tried any of the shakes hot yet, just been having them as is.
