A pescatarian's food diary: write day by day

As a semi vegetarian (no meat or poultry) I've struggled to follow the plan; my weight loss has stopped but I'm having the same all the time. Time for a change :) If it's OK with everyone I'll keep track on here because I'm not going to class, doing it from home.
 
Day one: 19/02/13

Breakfast: Quorn Burger (1syn) in a wholemeal bap (HEB) and a low fat cheese slice (3syns) in the style of a McDonalds Muffin :)
Mid Morning Snack: Bowl of frozen berries (free) with sweetner
Lunch: Tuna Steak with Jacket potato (no butter) and salad (free)
Snack: 1 orange, 1 apple, hand full of grapes
Supper: Quorn Peppered Steak with baby sweet corn, cabbage and mushrooms
Snack: Aldi very low fat Yogurt (1/2 syn) with more fruit
