I've been reading posts on here for a little while and last week finally gave myself a kick up the bum and joined WW. I have my first WI this evening. It's been good this week, can't believe how big my portion sizes were before. I went out for Chinese last night as it was my FIL's birthday and I was dreading it, but I had:
- bowl of clear chicken and mushroom soup.
- 1 rib
- 1 duck pancake
- 2 spoonfuls of boiled rice, some prawns and steamed veg. I'm not sure how may points that is, but I didn't eat a big lunch and had 5 points saved from previous days.
I have had a tummy ache since...maybe because I haven't had huge amounts of fat this week?
I was 10st 5lbs last week and I have been set the target of losing a stone so fingers crossed.
