A "real" chicken kebab ? ?

Can i have a "real" chicken kebab on a red day ? or do i have to syn it ?

Our local kebab house has an open kitchen so you can watch them being cooked, and they`re done on like a hotplate griddle with no fat added .... the lamb is done the same way. They aren`t marinaded in anything, and i don`t eat the pitta bread, only the salad.

So surely it is meat cooked with out fat ... so it would be free ? ?

What would be in the marinade on the chicken? Would there be fat in that?

How have I not realised until now that the kebab meat from the chip shop was relatively low in syns?? I know I can do the sort of thing syn free at home but useful to know for occasional treat or emergencies!

something like 6.5 syns for a "large" portion of chicken meat? ( regular, not sure on the Tika.. )
