    Thanks everyone, spurrs me on for the rest of the week :D

    As far as seeing changes go i am totally amazed at how much my body has change within the first week my shape changed and i have started wearing clothes that for me i regarded as to tight (a bit clingy). :cool:

    I'm amazed as i did SW years ago and managed to lose 2 stone but didn't really see any difference in my clothes until i had lost nearly all of the 2 stones :(

    I think i officially LOVE this diet :party0049:
