A strugglers food diary - please check

    Hi all,

    I seem to be struggling at the moment as the scales are showing a 1lb gain, so I've started writing everything down.

    I've detailed here the last two days food intake. Please can you check and let me know what you think.

    Sunday
    Red day

    HEX A - 250ml s/s milk
    HEX B - 2 weetabix, 2 slices WW bread

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix and milk

    Lunch - Ham salad sandwich, clementines

    Tea - Chicken, carrots, onions, broccolli, yorkshire pudding (3 syns). Strawberries & mullerlight yoghurt.

    Syns - chicken casserole sauce (2 syns - only had a bit), york pud 3, Alpen light bar 3, highlights hot choc 2 - total 10 syns

    Monday
    HEX A - 250ml s/s milk
    HEX B - 2 weetabix, 2 slices WW bread

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix with milk

    Lunch - chicken salad sandwich, weight watchers yoghurt

    Tea - Homemade chilli made with loads of veg (carrots, onions, peppers, mushrooms, courgette etc.)

    Snacks - sliced ham, grapes, strawberries, mullerlight yoghurt, clementine

    Syns - Alpen light bar 3 (might have a highlight hot choc later 2) Total 5 syns.

    What do you think????? Any suggestions what I can do better to kickstart my weight loss again?
