May be stupid but...
You know that you have to have 20g of carbs a day out of veggies.
Well, can I swap today's veggies for a teaspoon of brown sauce , I am CRAVING corned beef with brown sauce!
While I'm at it, can I also swap a lifetime's worth of carbs for a big mac and fries? haha!

Atkins says 12-15g of your 20g should be leafy greens. I've just looked, HP is 5.4g for a 20g serving, so I suppose you could.

Oh, I don't know. Sorry. I would put the bottle on the scales & take some out until was 20g down. Complicated I know, hahaha
