I have now officially been off CD for a week. In this week I have mainted weight to the half pound. I am so so happy, this is even without exercise!

I thought I would bomb up so quickly as I have been eating bread and cheese. I think this is the way forward. :)

So pleased for you hun. After the tumoil you've been through with the whole sts thing its good to see you feeling happier -your body was just obviously ready for a bit more food! Bet it feels good to eat and still maintain - has it been a struggle to stay on track/healthy?

Just be careful because if you keep eating bread and cheese and fudge, you will put weight on (unless you did the stablization steps and then those things in moderation are fine)
