Yeah it will pass! I cant really comment though as to be honest i dont think i have actually felt 'hungry' on this diet but for some the first few days are the hardest whilst yer body is getting into ketosis!
yeah the first 5 days is the hardest try nettle tea its lovely or twinings do a peppermint and nettle one they seem to make the hunger disapear! for a while anyway! but after a while you dont feel hungry at all! stick with it its so worth it!
