Ok, so i am trying very unsuccessfully to re-start! I am feeling like a major failure as i have had a string of things that keep making me 'slip up' and then that makes me give up completely. I think the worst bit is i am annoyed for letting myself be this way!!!

I am trying to start again and am really going to go for it tomorrow. I have my uni summer ball in a month and would really like to treat myself to a new, smaller dress!!! I am also starting a new job soon-my first one since leaving uni!, and i don't want the people there to think i am some fat slob!!!!

So basically, i have started NOW!!! No more 'will start tomorrow' because it never happens! I just feel so stupid because its like the hunger takes over me and i just have to eat! Bad or what!!!???

Anyway enough babbeling (sp?) this is it!!!! xxx

well done on strating again - you can do this :) keep gluggin the water and you'll be fine....the first few days are the worst - grit your teeth and you will get through it !!!

....and dont forget to keep us posted !

Hey, good for you to be starting again! I would recommend what I do to help resist 'cheating' set yourself a weekend off, say once a month, and enjoy it. Set yourself a start and finish ie start saturday stop sunday and stick to it. You dont feel guilty because you know you were allowed that weekend and you enjoy your treat so much more! I have done this and it hasnt affected my weight loss at all ( 4 stone 2lbs in just over 2 months) Good luck sweetie, I'm sure you'll be in that dress you want next month and feeling great :)

You're sooo not a failure... all you can do is try your hardest and when you fall off the wagon just jump straight back on it again!
I've only been doing this for 15 days and after 5 days of SS I cheated and felt like a failure.. but I jumped straight back on it - although SS+ - and now I feel so much better!
Good luck getting into that Summer ball dress!
(Anyway hardly anyone leaves uni slim... it's all about drinking and eating!) :)
And you def don't look like a fat slob hunni! xx
