I'm on week 5 from today and don't know whether I should add a meal this week. Losses have definitely slowed down a bit but just wondered if people have had a good result by doing a meal in week 5. As in losses during and after this week.

My 5th week starts the day after tomorrow. And I have the same problem: to add or not to add:confused:
So many people seem to have problems with coming back to 100%TS after. I don't know if I can trust myself that much. Haven't decided yet. Well I has been good all the time and didn't even touched ANY kind of food/drink from the start. But what happens if I try a little bit...? I don't want to mess up all the hard work. Cos you pretty know this diet is not as easy as it seems to be. Maybe if I'm brave enough I'll try one day and see what happens and if I do can control myself. If not, I'll go back to TS, straight after the meal... But if I feel stressed about it I will not try. I need to have my diet head on and feel strong enough to try. Well, I will see and let you know in two days.
Maybe try one day, but plan everything before. And if you feel you want go crazy after one meal, just stop it and go back hun.
