Hi all, I'm thinking of doing the AAM week every 5th week as I think this will help me keep on track.

Does anyone do this? My CD say's it should kick start my weight loss on the following week...what are your experiences?

What meal ideas have you got?

Then I can't see it doing any harm and cdc must be suggesting it from experience. May be hard to get back into ss after each time tho. Gotta do what's right for you.

I did on my 5th week, that's what my CDC suggested as it often kick starts peoples metabolisms. I found it quite good and enjoyed it, just adding a bit of a break while still keeping on track. It's up to you though, you don't have to until your 13th week.
