AAM Week

I am starting my fourth week on CD and next week should be my add a meal week.

The trouble is that I am going on holiday in 3 weeks and will stop doing the diet for 2 weeks and start again when I come back.

So in effect I will be starting the diet for the long term in approx 5 weeks.

My question is I only have a few weeks till I go on holiday and I'd like to lose as much as possible so do I need to add a meal for a week or can I skip this and start following those rules and regulations when I start again after my holiday.

I have been told that the tiny amount of food u get with AAM does not affect weight loss too much. It only adds up to an extra 100 odd cals.
