I just have the plain food for aamw it really odd how your tastes come alive, try it bland and plain just once before you do herbs etc, trust me...................................... hee hee

I did that for my first meal, I never really liked courgettes before because I thought they were really bland. I had them for my first meal and it was my favourite bit about the whole meal, they were so tasty!!!:drool:
