Hello everyone..

I am currently on day 19 of 100% SS. Even though I am quite comfortable to carry on doing this for now, I was thinking of having my AAMW on week 5 - so starting a week on Thursday?

Does that sound like a reasonable idea?
If so, I don't know much about AAMW - are the calories and portions that much different to SS...

I am starting to worry that I might develop a fear of food the more time I am on SS, as the thought of eating at the moment really worries me and I don't want to become to obsessed about weighing myself or putting on that extra pound when I finally hit my goal...

I am also worrying a bit about my metabolism, it was always quite slow to begin with, and I have been given advice by a nutritionalist that because of my small amount of calories this could actually be slowing down my metabolism?!

Any advice from people who have already completed an AAMW, or anyone who thinks they could help would be great!
