    Just had a tin of tuna for my dinner, I thought I'd really enjoy it. I didn't it tasted so salty!! I really didn't like or enjoy it, and I used to live Tuna :( maybe chicken tomorrow?

    You could also have cottage cheese with it, I like it all mixed up when I aam. Or chicken with a pile of broccoli

    I'm not a fan of cottage cheese, but I love chicken so I'll try that tomorrow :)

    You could have a yummy mushroom omelette?
    Do you like quorn? I'm thinking of making burgers, and thinking of a mini chickin stir-fri type mean. I'm stuck for the rest of the week! Lol.

    You could get tuna in spring water rather than brine?

    That's a MASSIVELY positive step towards healthy eating if you can't tolerate salt :)
