Weighed myself on Tuesday... 14st7

Weighed myself on Thursday... 14st 5.5

Weighed myself today... still 14st5.5 :cry:

Aargh. Why? Why?:cry:

I havent been on my crosstrainer this week, have been poorly and pretty shattered. Maybe its becuase I havent been as active?

Fingers, toes, legs, arms and eyes all crossed that I miraculously shed another 2lb before Tuesday. Thats only 2 days away...:cry:

Hiya

Don't get too hung up on daily weighing (like I did lol) as the weight must drop!! You can't sustain body weight on the diet you are doing and hence just hang in there.

Make sure water is your best friend and the scales will fall, the good thing about a VLCD is that is just has to!!

Aaaw thanks Mike! I really must stop weighing myself all the time, I know!! Probably not been driking my usual 4 litres this week, I'll get back to that straight away ;)

If you do cut back the water intake then the body retains water as if the body is getting loads then it knows it doesn't need to but if it suddenly sees less water coming in then it will hold on to what it has, saying that water isn't fat! and therefore if you up the water this week back to 4 litres then I would expect some serious spinning on the scales!

Awh....Ductidiva....dont be down...same thing happened to me beginning of last week....no weight loss at all and then it was suddently I was down 4llbs overnight.... keep your resolve it will happen!

Oooh are you? You managed to escape to Plymouth though LOL!! I used to live in Heathwood till last November, then I moved out to a village just the other side of Melton Mowbray - its so nice and peaceful!! The nearest pharmacy to me that runs LT is in West Bridgford, argh, 32 miles away!! Thats why I only go every other week! Where in Notts were you?

I seem to be going through the same thing..........i've been the same weight since tues. So now I've put my scale up onto the highest shelf I can find and will try waiting until my weigh in day. I really hope I lose some more weight by then :cry:

Aaaaw safee dont worry - I lost 1.5lb as if by magic overnight after that!! I think it just goes in chunks rather than a steady 0.5lb per day! I'm the same this week.... though this week I think its cos of a lack of Numbers 2s for 2 days lol :whistle:
