Abit of a portion issue..

Hiya, I joined the RtM family today!!
But am already having issues lol. Not major ones though, how big is a protein portion? I want to have prawns this evening (the pre-peeled, shelled etc) but am unsure how many to have! Any ideas?
Also all I can have is prawns right (or anthing from the protein list)? It's not until day 3 that salad and spices get added in right?

hmm _ i did RTM 2 years ago so could have changed, but, we were told to eat a sensible amount and stop at the first feeling of fullness!
I erred on the side of caution and it paid off [went on to lose a stone in RTM]
It is day 3 when you add sald or raw veg!
