about a 1lb a week

    hi all i know i shouldnt complain as im still loosing but its only about 1lb a week lost 2 1/2 first week but since then about a pound any tips on how to speed it up been on sw befor and lost it a lot quicker then x

    Hi Jezebel, I am the same, and losing veeeeery slowly! Was advised by consultant to try ss foods so will give it a go! But I agree that it is frustrating and good luck x

    1-2lb a week is the recommended loss for a healthy diet so you are doing fine! We all want speedier losses but the weight didn't go on overnight so it won't come off overnight either!

    Try SS foods and see if that makes a difference. try mixing it up a little, try some new foods or change the ratio of red/green days you do. Also make sure that most of you free foods are the raw ingredients and not the pre prepared stuff like the pasta n sauces.

    I have been losing average of 1lb a week since I started just over a year ago. I have now lost 58 and a half pounds.

    It all adds up girlies!!! Don't knock it

    thanks for all advice girls will try more fruit /veg ect and at least its just not me , lol no patience thats me x

    Calorie counting and shakes
    exercise *may* speed up your weight loss as well, just going for a little walk in the evening (now it's lighter and warmer) *could* help :)

    P.S I say *may* help because everyone's bodies are different and I have no idea how much exercise you already do.
