1-2lb a week is the recommended loss for a healthy diet so you are doing fine! We all want speedier losses but the weight didn't go on overnight so it won't come off overnight either!
Try SS foods and see if that makes a difference. try mixing it up a little, try some new foods or change the ratio of red/green days you do. Also make sure that most of you free foods are the raw ingredients and not the pre prepared stuff like the pasta n sauces.
