Hello everyone

I was wondering if these were ok to take????? I have a jar full sitting in the cupboard staring at me but don't want to muck things up by taking them,,,,,, anyone know if they are ok??

err im taking them have been for two weeks! could be naughty and blame them on my stall/gain but i know its alcohol. (i could blame all sorts) try them and see.
 
U def think theyl be ok? Apparently they do wonders!!!!! ( not sure weight wise ) But other health benefits seem amazing

I take cod liver oil, co q 10, l carnitine, acai, col clear and bladder wrack :D i must rattle

i think one of my tablets is probably 1 g they are teeny tiny
 
actually mine are 0.5g each so just under 0.3g carbs each x 1 per day. im keeping mine :)

The carb count I posted is for the actual berries, don't the pill form have any nutritional info on the box?

What the heck does that mean????? LOL

??? dunno. just taken them if you feel better keep on with them. if you dont feel different and stalling weight loss chuck em LOL
