I just wondered... my forearms are REALLY achey and sometimes pretty painful - is this par for the course? My legs were bad too last night I dont know where this has come from I've done no exercise yet and nothing strenuous
Oh yeah, I get it in the legs espesially during the night :-( My hips ahe too a little but not as much as my legs. Not every night but more often than not. You are not alone x
