    You enter your weight in pounds on one side and on the other your duration exercising and it will calculate the calories burnt.

    It shows all types of exercise and if you go down the chart you are most likely to find the one you are doing...

    Wow I burn 909 calories an hour doing martial arts and I do that 5 times a week!

    I am doing ss cambride now going into the 4th week 2moro.
    i wanted to join a gym tomorrow but the calories burnt doing the excerises are very high :O am i safe to go ??

    I did the gym while on Cambridge SS, but I did low to medium intensity and didn't overdo it. You should check with your Cambridge counselor.

    That's fab. My treadmill tells me I've done 89 calories, that says otherwise. How accurate is it?
