Hi all, was wondering if you could help...

Activity Points? Do you point them? and does anyone know how to calculate these? I can't seem to find out anywhere!

For example today at the gym I done:
30 mins on bike
25 mins on cross trainer

How would I point this?

Hiya i would guesstimate 2 points for each of those.
This is based on your current weight and moderate intensity.:)
Yeah I'd say moderate intensity but how do you work this out?

Hi. I don't know how to work out my activity points either as I've just joined and haven't got that info yet. I'm not sure how to get the calculator to work - I got the free download but it says it's an unknown file type (I'm not great with computers!)

I spent 6 hours at the zoo yesterday and was walking/standing for most of the time, I'm sure I got a few points from that but I'm not sure how to work them out. Any help is greatly appreciated!
