Activity points

Hey there

i was wondering if anyone could help me i have one of the activity point worker outer lol you know the one where you slid the inside paper along to show how much exercise you have done?

well im having trouble as it doesnt go up to what i want for example high exercise for an hour etc what can i do?
 
what i really mean is if i have done an hour half do i work out what i would get for an our in my weight and then do the same for half an hour and add it on?

thats what i always do :) work out the hour first, then do the half out afterward :)
 
Thanks hunni thats brilliant im useless with things like this and im doing a hell of a lot of training for half marathon in april and im sure ive being doing it wrong!!
