Activity points

    Having recently joined the gym and being one of the most unfittest people known to man.... How Many points shall I give for my exercise?
    15 mins exercise bike
    10 mins rower
    6 minutes stepper
    10 minutes running machine 5mph.

    I weight 19 stone.

    It depends whether you think you were working low, medium or high. I am over 17st and I class the gym as moderate due to being out of breathe (ie can't talk but not about to keel over) and sweating like a pig lol.

    Based on medium:
    15 mins exercise bike - 2pp
    10 mins rower - 1pp
    6 minutes stepper - 1pp
    10 minutes running machine 5mph. - 1pp

    I have worked these out on my android app. I go to the gym too, I have been going for a month and have already upped my levels on the machines and added strengthening weights as I also cycle with a cycling group and needed to strengthen my legs and arms. It is amazing how quickly you can build up your fitness.
