I have only been doing WW for 5 weeks and I was just wondering if anyone could help me work out how to categorise intensity level?
Low = i assume is walking?
Medium????
High???
I was putting my Wii Fit down as low but compared to walking maybe it should be medium? (i tend to do the aerobics section). Last night I did a 30 minute RC workout which was hard going and I had that down as moderate. Then I was thinking....if that was moderate what would high be?
So I guess my question is....what do you count as low? moderate? and high? Would my workout have been high?
