    Hi everyone, have started following pro points today. Can anyone tell me how I work out my activity points? I usually walk the dog for about an hour each day, I am 5'6" and currently 12stone 11 lbs (hopefully not for much longer though!!)

    Thanks Alison

    Activity points are worked out based on the level of activity; low, moderate or high intensity. I personally count walking as low, but if you walk fast maybe you could count it as moderate. Anyway, at your weight;
    60 minutes low intensity- 3PP
    60 minutes medium intensity- 5PP

    And 60 minutes high intensity would be 12PP! But that's if you can't really talk, and are sweating after just a couple minutes!

    Hope that helps :)
