Activity points are worked out based on the level of activity; low, moderate or high intensity. I personally count walking as low, but if you walk fast maybe you could count it as moderate. Anyway, at your weight;
60 minutes low intensity- 3PP
60 minutes medium intensity- 5PP

And 60 minutes high intensity would be 12PP! But that's if you can't really talk, and are sweating after just a couple minutes!
