hi all
im jessie and i did discover plan and was a gold member after having my son in 2007 i was 15 stone and got down to 9.8 in april 2009 i have put a heap load of weight over the last year and im about 10.11
i have rejoined on pp its hard getting back into this and trying to work out points etc
i go to the gym 5-6 times a week
(even if i never loose ) i always have bad weekends so i have to work it off
i x train for 30 mins burn 500 cals level 12 on a hill how many pp would this be ??
i run for 10-20 mins burn about 100-200 cals
i do 3 reps of 20 on legs weights
i do sit ups and leg and excersies
i swim about 20 lenghts and have a sauna and steam (bliss)
could someone help with the pro points i been counting this as 5 pp
