On Tuesday I had my first session of acupuncture. I had a needle in my right knee & moved my leg a little (& carefully) to get more comfy & pain shot through my leg for a few seconds. Since then I've had awful pain all around my knee cap that feels like I've bruised the bone, its a constant throbbing. I text the therapist (who doesn't live locally) & she suggested massage & arnica gel but its still so painful. I wonder if the needle moved slightly & touched a nerve. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do, or do I wait it out for it to ease??
