The rule of thumb is as long as its green and leafy, grows above the ground and its not onion or garlic its ok.

i'm confused about pickled gherkins...if you are allowed cucumber and you are allowed pickled cabbage (this is what the book says) surely pickled gherkins are like pickled cucumbers? x

i would assume no onions due to the acid in them? i may be wrong though! x

I like gerkins too. See as I see it, if you can have pickled cabbage then surely you can have pickled cucumber (gerkin)?

Tbh I don't know about the gherkins, but as far as onions go, they have natural sugars and a higher carb level in them.

Just be really careful i went on a conference a couple of weeks ago and although i was really careful and virtuous with the food, I had a huge problem with the free wine and my boss sat next to topping me up...not only a ketosis killer but really dangerous when on cd

i'm sort of wishing that i had been able to do AAMW every 5th week but then i don't know because 12 weeks without food is doing me the world of good. i just can't help thinking that having AAMW every 5th week would improve my losses.

i'm being silly lol my losses are more than okay. i'm just getting impatient lol!!! it never comes off quick enough does it! x

Yeah, that's gonna be the tough part, not the food - the complimentary wine:cry:. Ah well there's always next year. I am the boss, so I guess I'd better watch myself and make sure I don't pour any wine in my own glass. Bosses - gotta watch out for them
