Addicted to cheese food diary

Well I've been doing sw at home on and off for months. Had a few health problems (nothing serious). Never really stuck to sw properly but been exercising a lot more and cutting down on food and still had a steady weight gain each week. (more than I usually do). Had blood taken yesterday to check for thyroid problems amongst other things. Anyway as from right now I am back on plan, away for the week next week, not sure how I'll cope with that. Self catering though so I will be kinda in control!

Weight today is 12st 8lb :(:(:(

This evenings food is:

D= 3 fish fingers (7.5?) boiled potatoes, mushy peas & sweetcorn.
