Adding Carbs for Xmas Night Out

Hi all, I am hoping to be 100% for next few weeks, but the week before Xmas i have my work night out (involving big lunch) and want to drink alcohol. Can anyone reccomend when to start introducing carbs & by how much as I don't want to put on too much weight? lol

'Real' weight gain will depend on how many calories you consume rather than carbs, but you will get a temporary gain due to your body's glycogen stores refilling, but this is water, not fat, and will go again once you are back in ketosis.
