Adding/reintroducing food

Hi all
Just wondered if anyone has any experience of going back on food and how they did it? I intended to use Exante to lose a stone then start healthier eating (low carb!) but I want to continue a bit longer but start adding a meal then gradually coming off Exante. I have been doing total solution but have had a little more than my 3 packs each day but losing steadily ... any feedback would be appreciated!
