Can you take adios while on LT? Or is it not recommended? I have a load of tablets still from before I started LT and thought they may help xxx

I dont think taking anything like that is recommended on Lipotrim, You will lose weight on this diet without the help of tablets as your body is in ketosis and will lose fat. I would recommend asking your chemist to see what she/he thinks just incase there is something in there that might disagree with the lipotrim.

Perfect, THis diet does not need any help and is pretty good for getting rid of weight fast I have lost 37 pounds in 5 weeks but mind you I have about another 60 to go in total so I hope you will have the same sort of luck with the diet

wow that's great! U go girl!! Ooh well I'm hoping 3 stone loss in 12 weeks but not sure if I'm being a bit adventurous lol xx
