i would drop to 17, as thats saving your 4 a day and what they recommend you save if you choose to. If you're exercising though, a lot of people have been seeing better results by eating more - eating their points theyve earned through exercise rather than cutting down in what theyre eating..

well done on 1lb off AND the silver 7. I wouldnt cut down as far as 16 especially if youre going to be exercising and presumably not using your bonus points, Id cut back to maybe 18, just remember too few and you could be disappointed with your result at the next wi
