Advice for how to maintain

I am hoping that in about six weeks time I will be able to start maintaining my weight. I am wondering which programme to do; such as do I follow a weight watchers type programme with having so much protein, fats and carbs each day etc. Or if not how do I work out how many calories / fat I should eat each day.
All advice really appreciated.
