Advice needed please!


For the last 2/3 weeks i've come off LT and been eating normally (but in control) So that my body gets use to normal food before my holiday. I have not gained any weight which i'm pleased about! Thing is I still have a few more pounds to shift to get to my target weight, i'm going on holiday on Sun to Spain for a week and when I come back I dont know whether to start LT and do it comletely without eating just for 2/3 weeks or to have 2 LT's a day and 1 normal meal??? I'm stuck! Please help! xxx
