advice needed pls

    hi i started ww just over 2 weeks ago and first week lost 3lb ,and second put on half thought it was coz of my star week but i have now discovered my kitchen scales are way out so i think i've been having to much.so anyway i cant get any till next week and been having stuff i didnt have to weigh , but would love to have a jacket pot or pasta for a change.Any ideas on that and what scales would u get? thanks

    ......... do you have a measuring jug ?? some of them have dry weight on them !

    as for scales i tend to go for Salter ! .... my set is currently on their way out but i've had them for 10 years !! :D

    Kitchen scales can be bought pretty cheap nowadays...I bought some just the other day for my daughter..They were digital ones and only cost £4.99 I got them from Wilkinsons...
