advice needed

I would appreciated some advice please.
I really want begin running to help me lose weight. I currently weigh 197lbs and had my baby 4 months ago.
I just don't know where to start. Is there a programme I should follow? I haven't exercised for over a year and a half and am now extremely unfit, and very overweight, I''m also doing exante vlcd.

Any advice?

Do you have iPhone? There is a couch to 5k app on there, very good reveiws and is a thread on here aswell with lots of peoe doing well on it x
