Advice needed!

#1
Hi everyone! I have a question to ask, mainly for advice or any experience. I'm currently only on day 3 but i feel really good and have not been tempted with any food what so ever. Of course I'm hungry but my goal is keeping me strong.

So my dilema. On the 19th November i have an end of season meal to attend with my team. It happens once a year and is always a good night! Before i started TFR i had to pre order my meal, which is steak. I have read on here that coming off of TFR is possible but makes getting back on it difficult.

As the 19th is 4 weeks away, i was hoping i'd be able to cope with the one meal. What do you recommend? any advice? and is steak a good meal to have or should i choose something else?

You want to stick with protein as much as possible.... if you can get chicken thats better still!! With any luck you may stay in ketosis!!!

Oh and no drinkies!! It can make you poorly!! X

Thank you! I went for the steak as its just plain and flame grilled. How about potatoe's? a big no no or could just make getting back on to TFR hard?

I read on a thread on here that alcohol is a big no no! i'm prepared for that and will offer to drive on that night! But could i have other drinks or should i just stick with water and black coffee?

Fizzy water seems like a good move! Thank you for your help!

Coming out of ketosis, would that make me physically ill? or just extremely difficult to get back on board?

It wouldnt make you ill hun... just most people have difficulty getting back on it.... i've done it a couple of times and i went on holiday mid stint and got back on no worries... i have been told i'm one of the very few that find it quite easy to get back on!!!

You just have to go through those first few days again!!! : /

Stick with protein only Hun. No root veg at all as they will knock u out of ketosis.
Fizzy water, instead of plain boring water.
