Hi everyone! I have a question to ask, mainly for advice or any experience. I'm currently only on day 3 but i feel really good and have not been tempted with any food what so ever. Of course I'm hungry but my goal is keeping me strong.
So my dilema. On the 19th November i have an end of season meal to attend with my team. It happens once a year and is always a good night! Before i started TFR i had to pre order my meal, which is steak. I have read on here that coming off of TFR is possible but makes getting back on it difficult.
As the 19th is 4 weeks away, i was hoping i'd be able to cope with the one meal. What do you recommend? any advice? and is steak a good meal to have or should i choose something else?
