advice please, thinking of joining ww

Hi guys, I'm very interested in starting ww tomorrow but am unsure. Basically I joined s.w in january 2011, I stayed on sw for one year and lost 9st doing red days. Since January this year I have been calorie counting and have lost a further 3.5st.y losses gave really slowed the last few weeks, I'm having more sts weeks and finding this hard ad I have 2st11lb left to lose.

My main concern is that I exercise a lot, I mean 18-20 hours in a average week. Would ww take this into account? Is it similar to sw? Apart from the fact there are points I have no idea how ww works.

You've got nothing to loose! And yes, talk to the session leader- you will gain exercise/activity points which you can eat in addition (optional!) to you dailies (compulsory) and weeklies (49 optional)! These will keep you going!! Good luck!! Xxxxx
