Doesn't look like there was any protein in your diet, crisps and hot chocolate for dinner????? Your body needs protein especially important considering you're dancing and doing lots of other exercise. A diet higher in protein and lower in carbs will help to keep your blood sugar levels even and help you to stay feeling full and stop you snacking. A breakfast based on eggs, a salad with protein at lunch and more protein with green leafy veg in the evening would be examples of low carb meals. And if you do want to eat carbs make them wholegrain and keep portion sizes small. And watch your fat intake to avoid going over your calories allowance. There is so much information on this on the internet I suggest you have a browse round.
