Good morning Lovelies

I have a wi tomoro and is TOTM, any idea how much this is likely to impact my weight loss for this week? I know we all fluctuate but I really need to lose at least half a pound this week for my 1st shiny!

I think it varies my sil loses big always on her star week always has done normally 3/4 lbs ?? mine varies normally I loose 1.5 lbs which is big for me as I'm always 0.5/1 lb a week girl ?? So just depends on your body x

when I first started i would sts or have a gain, but as the weeks progressed I noticed I had less bloating and water retention because of the plan, so managed a sts or loss. The following WI usually evened things out so over the month I maintained my average weight loss of 1-2 lbs. So my advice is let your body do its thing, if your on plan you will lose and get that shiny, just might be a week later than you hoped.

TOTM for me to this week and I gained 1/2 lb. Knew I would have a gain as I feel so bloated, fat and generally bleugh!

Hoping by next week I'll have a bigger loss to compensate.

Well, I have been on plan 100% this week and working out everyday too so at least if I do have a gain I know it won't be down to me, just my damn body!!
