Advice please :)

when I first started i would sts or have a gain, but as the weeks progressed I noticed I had less bloating and water retention because of the plan, so managed a sts or loss. The following WI usually evened things out so over the month I maintained my average weight loss of 1-2 lbs. So my advice is let your body do its thing, if your on plan you will lose and get that shiny, just might be a week later than you hoped.
